1.Provider

EasyProfitTrading is a service offered by GANSER BUSINESS MANAGEMENT LLC, 3119 Coral Way #200, Miami, Florida 33145, USA.

2.Service Description

EasyProfitTrading offers a 12-month membership that allows investors to mirror the trading activities of a professional trader directly to their own Bitget account. Investors always retain full control over their accounts.

3.Requirements for Participation

Conclusion of a 12-month membership at a price of USD 1,700 (discount promotions possible).

Opening a Bitget account using the provided partner link.

A minimum investment of USD 3,000 in the Bitget account.

Setting up the API connection according to the provided instructions.

4.Membership Fees and Payment Terms

The membership fee of USD 1,700 (or the discounted price during promotions) must be paid in full in advance for 12 months.

There are no additional fees or success commissions on trading profits.

5.Referral Program

Clients who successfully refer new members will receive a 10% commission on the amount actually paid by the new client.

The referral commission is calculated based on the actual amount paid (including any promotional discounts).

6.Risks and Liability Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risks and may result in the total loss of the invested capital.

There is no guarantee of profits or preservation of capital.

7.Contract Duration and Termination

The membership duration is 12 months from receipt of payment.

Early ordinary termination during the term is excluded.

Membership renewal after 12 months is possible on request.

The law of the State of Florida, USA, applies exclusively.

9.Severability Clause

Should any provision of these T&Cs become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
